  • Players can warm up on the courts as space becomes available.
  • 12:50–1:00 PM — Player Briefing
  • Review scoring, pool rules, advancement, and court assignments.
  • 1:00–2:30 PM — Pool Play
  • Four pools compete simultaneously across four courts. Top two teams from each pool advance.
  • 2:30–2:45 PM — Standings & Bracket Setup
  • Confirm the eight advancing teams and announce quarterfinal matchups.
  • 2:45–3:15 PM — Quarterfinals
  • Eight teams compete in four matches across four courts.
  • 3:20–3:50 PM — Semifinals
  • Four remaining teams compete for a spot in the championship.
  • 4:00–4:40 PM — Championship Match
  • Final two teams compete for the $700 first-place prize.
  • 4:40–5:00 PM — Awards & Photos
  • Winner announcement, prize presentation, group photos, and closing.
