What to send us
Your club's name, what you were trying to do, and what you saw. A screenshot helps. Write from the email address on your account so we can find it.
For a booking, membership or refund at your club, the club's front desk can usually help straight away.
Delete your account
In the app, open your profile, tap Privacy & data, then Delete Account. If you cannot reach the app, email us from your account's email address and we will delete it for you.

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help. Reply START to resume.
