Court booking software for country clubs

Members book their courts, guests follow your rules, and charges go on the member's tab instead of a card at the door.

CourtPlay for country clubs is included on every CourtPlay plan, from $149 per location per month, billed annually.

Sound familiar?

  • Members who expect first call

Regulars expect the best hours, and the rule lives in someone's head.

  • Charges added up at month end

Members want it on the account, and the club sums it all by hand.

  • A system the club already runs

The club has a member system already, and a new tool cannot replace it overnight.

  • Guests booked through members

A member books for a guest and the club cannot tell who is responsible.

Give members the first call on a court

Members and guests have different rules and prices, a booking can wait for approval, and some memberships can be hidden or limited in number.

  • Member and non-member booking rules and prices
  • Bookings that need approval
  • Court waitlists and open bookings others can join
  • Hidden, capped and waitlisted memberships

Country clubs questions

Can a country club set different rules for guests?

Yes. Member and non-member booking rules and prices are on every plan, and guests can be added to a booking, with the court fee split if you choose.

Can members charge to a house account?

Yes, on Pro and Elite. Members charge bookings, programs and shop items to a tab with a credit limit, then pay on a monthly statement or by auto-pay.

Does CourtPlay connect to MembersFirst or Clubessential?

Yes, on Elite. The plan includes a MembersFirst and Clubessential connection, so a club that runs one of them can keep its member records in step.

Can I limit a membership to a set number of members?

Yes. Memberships can be hidden, capped or waitlisted on any plan, so a limited category fills to its cap and the next person joins a waitlist.
