Memberships questions
Can I sell family memberships?
Yes. Memberships, passes and family plans are on every CourtPlay plan, and each can include court hours, visits or classes so a family's court time is built into the plan.
Can members cancel their own membership?
Trials, freezes and upgrades are built in, and members can cancel in the app, so your front desk is not handling every cancellation by phone.
What happens when a member's payment fails?
CourtPlay retries failed payments on its own. Refunds, account credit and stored value are handled in the same place as recurring charges and invoices.
Can I limit how many members join?
Yes. A membership can be hidden, capped or waitlisted, so you decide who can join it, and you can run a presale for it before you open your doors to the public.
Can one membership work at several of my locations?
Yes, on Elite: several locations sit under one account with combined reports, and a membership can be valid across all of them.
How much does CourtPlay membership software cost?
Memberships are on every plan. Club costs $149 per location per month billed annually, with unlimited players, members and staff.
