Entertainment venues questions

Can guests order food with their booking?

Yes. Food and drink tabs go on a booking on Pro and Elite, and an online shop with add-ons at checkout lets guests choose extras when they book.

Does CourtPlay connect to our point of sale?

Food and drink POS connections, including GoTab, Toast, Square and PourMyBev, are on every plan and apply member discounts at the table.

Can we sell private parties and corporate events?

Yes, on Pro and Elite. Private and corporate events get quotes, contracts and deposits, so a group booking is confirmed before the date.

Can simulators and lights start with the booking?

Yes, on Pro and Elite. Lights and simulators switch on with the booking, so a group does not wait for a staff member to start the bay.
