Indoor clubs

Indoor pickleball club software that runs the front desk

An indoor club sells hours. Fill them with memberships and bookings, and let lights and doors follow the booking.

CourtPlay for indoor clubs is included on every CourtPlay plan, from $149 per location per month, billed annually.

Sound familiar?

  • Hours that sell at the door

Members cannot book ahead, so the schedule fills only when people walk in.

  • Doors that need a person

Someone unlocks the building for each booking and waits for the next.

  • A quiet week with no extras

Court rental is the only sale, so a slow week is simply a slow week.

  • Prime hours held by regulars

The same few members take the best hours before anyone else can ask.

Sell the hours before you open

Memberships, passes and family plans can open for presale before the doors do, with trials, freezes and upgrades handled in the app.

Let the booking open the door

Door access follows a valid booking or membership, a kiosk at the entrance handles check-in, and lights switch on when the court is booked.

  • Door access by membership
  • Self-service kiosk
  • Lights and simulators that switch on with the booking
  • Keeps working offline

Beyond the courtPro and up

Add the sales that fill a quiet week

Dynamic pricing moves with how full the hour is, and an online shop, rentals and food and drink tabs add to each visit.

  • Dynamic pricing
  • Online shop and add-ons at checkout
  • Rental inventory and stringing orders
  • Food and drink tabs on a booking
The console checkout: unpaid bookings and the shop to sell from, who is paying, the cart and the total.

Getting started: indoor clubs

  1. Open memberships early

Start a presale so members are signed up before the first game.

  2. Connect the door and the lights

Link your smart lock and court lights so a valid booking is all a player needs.

  3. Run the day from the desk

Check players in, take payment and see the day's courts on one screen.

Indoor clubs questions

Can an indoor club sell memberships before it opens?

Yes. Presale before you open is on every plan, with memberships, passes and family plans, so the club starts with members already signed up.

Can the door open for a valid booking?

Yes, on Pro and Elite. Door access by membership connects smart locks and access control, so a valid booking or membership opens the door without staff on site.

Do court lights switch on by themselves?

Yes, on Pro and Elite. Lights and simulators switch on with the booking, so no one needs to be at the desk to turn a court on.

What if the internet drops at the front desk?

The front desk keeps working offline, so check-in and checkout continue while the connection is down and catch up when it returns.
