Court booking for HOAs and residential communities

Residents reserve the community courts, guests follow your limits, and no-shows follow your rules instead of a clipboard.

CourtPlay for HOAs and residential communities is included on every CourtPlay plan, from $149 per location per month, billed annually.

Sound familiar?

  • Rules that live in a newsletter

Court rules are written once, then asked about every week.

  • One household holds the courts

A booked slot goes unused and the next resident cannot get on.

  • Residents who cannot be reached

A closure or a repair needs a notice, and there is no single list to send it to.

  • Disputes about who was first

Without a record of bookings, a disagreement becomes a board matter.

Resident rulesEvery plan

Write your community's court rules once

Treat residents as members and visitors as non-members, with a price for each, and require approval for a booking you want to look at first.

  • Member and non-member booking rules and prices
  • Bookings that need approval
  • Court waitlists and open bookings others can join
The console booking rules: online booking for visitors, a check of what a booking gets, and rule tabs.

Fair useEvery plan

Stop one household from holding the courts

Cancellation, late-cancel and no-show rules apply to everyone, and a freed court goes to the waitlist so it does not sit empty.

  • Cancellation, late-cancel and no-show rules
  • Recurring bookings and season court time
  • Guests and split court fees

NeighborsEvery plan

Keep residents in touch

Email, text and push messages reach residents, groups and chat give each court or ladder its own thread, and a web portal shows the community's pages.

  • Email, text and push messages to members
  • Groups, chat and announcements, unlimited
  • Web member portal and club pages
  • Hidden, capped and waitlisted memberships
The console inbox: open threads from players and a guardian, each with its state and who it is assigned to.

HOAs and residential questions

Can an HOA limit the courts to residents?

Yes. Booking rules separate members from non-members, and a membership can be hidden, capped or waitlisted, so a community can restrict who sees and books its courts.

How do we handle guests of residents?

Guests can be added to a booking and priced as non-members, so a resident can bring a visitor under the limits and prices you set.

What happens when a resident does not show up?

Your cancellation, late-cancel and no-show rules apply, and a court freed by a cancellation can go to the waitlist so a neighbor can use it.

Can the board approve certain bookings?

Yes. A booking can require approval, which suits a tournament, a private party or a long reservation that the community wants to review first.
