Can a gym membership include court time?
Yes. Memberships can include court hours, visits or classes, so a member's plan covers the time you decide and anything beyond it is booked and paid for separately.
Do members have to check in at the desk?
No. A self-service kiosk, available on Pro and Elite, handles check-in, waivers and booking, and every plan supports QR self check-in at the front desk.
What happens when a member's payment fails?
Failed payments retry automatically on every plan, and staff can message the member from the same account to ask them to update their card.
Can members pause or cancel from the app?
Yes. Trials, freezes, upgrades and in-app cancellation are on every plan, so members manage their membership without calling the desk.
