Court booking

Pickleball court reservation software

Members and the public book courts, rooms and simulators online, under your rules, prices and waitlists.

CourtPlay court booking is included on every CourtPlay plan, from $149 per location per month, billed annually.

CourtPlay console court sheet: a day of bookings across six courts, with walk-ins and an open play block

Sound familiar?

  • The double-booked court

Two groups show up for the same hour and you referee it at the front desk.

  • Hours that go unused

A late cancellation leaves a court empty and nobody knew it was free.

  • Bookings by text and phone

Every request is a call or a message that someone has to write into the grid.

  • One price for every hour

Prime time and a quiet weekday morning cost the same, so the quiet hours stay quiet.

Set hours, prices and who can book

Each court, room or simulator has its own hours and closures. Price member and non-member play separately, and repeat bookings for leagues and regulars in one step.

Keep a cancelled hour from going unused

A waitlist offers a freed court to the next person, and an open booking lets others join a court that is not full. You choose the cancellation, late-cancel and no-show rules, and whether a booking needs your approval.

Court booking questions

Can the public book a court without being a member?

Yes. Online court booking is for members and the public, and you set separate booking rules and prices for each, so a visitor can book at the non-member price you choose.

What happens when someone cancels a booked court?

You set the cancellation, late-cancel and no-show rules. A court waitlist offers the freed hour to the next person, and an open booking lets others join a court that is not full.

Can one system run pickleball, tennis and padel courts?

Yes. Courts, rooms and simulators each have their own hours and closures, and pickleball, tennis, padel, squash, badminton and table tennis are all supported.

Can members book a court every week without rebooking?

Yes. Recurring bookings and season court time let a league night or a regular group keep the same court all season, and you can require approval for any booking.

Can players book from Google or Apple Maps?

Yes. CourtPlay supports Reserve with Google and Apple Business, so a player can book from your listing, and the booking can sync to their Google, Outlook or Apple calendar.

How much does CourtPlay court booking cost?

Court booking is on every plan. Club costs $149 per location per month billed annually and includes 8 courts; other court counts are priced in steps on the pricing page.
