Pickleball round robin app questions

Which round robin formats does the app run?

Rotating-partner formats such as Mixer, Musical Courts, Mixed Doubles and Double Header; a fixed-partner round robin; singles round robins; and team formats such as MLP and Inter-club.

How many players can a round robin have?

The Mixer format runs for 4 to 32 players. Choose a format when you create the game, and the app recommends one from the number of courts and players you enter.

What if players arrive late?

Add them with a tap if they are in a club, or as a guest if they are not in the app yet. After a group of latecomers arrives, generate the rounds again so they join the rotation.

Do players have to use a paper chart?

No. The matchups for every round are generated and shown in the app, with the court, partner and opponents, and standings update as scores come in.

Is there a free round robin generator?

Yes. The free generator prints a rotation for a headcount and court count with no account, and you can run the same format in CourtPlay when you want RSVPs, scores and standings.

Does a round robin cost anything?

Players book for free in the CourtPlay app on iPhone and Android. Round robins are on every CourtPlay plan for venues, starting with Club at $149 per location per month billed annually.
